Paraiso del Mar Resort Office 

The Resort Office is down on the ground level of Building D. The office can assist with local recommendations, resort matters, and purchasing 5 gallon jugs of drinking water. The Transportation number can be used to arrange a shuttle to the boat dock / off hours water taxi.

El Nido House Rules

We know you will, but please be respectful of our neighbors and treat the penthouses as if they were your own!

Trash cans are located outside the penthouse by the elevator. Recycling is in the building basement.

If you are leaving for an extended period of time, please turn down the AC and close the doors/windows.

Prior to leaving, please empty the fridge and throw out ANYTHING remotely perishable.  

When you first arrive (in either penthouse), we recommend running the faucets and an empty cycle of the dishwasher and the washing machine prior to use. This helps flush out any standing water in the pipes.

The tap water is desalinated ocean water, but we generally use bottled water for drinking.  We use a dispenser and 5 gallon jugs of purified water, which can be purchased from the resort office.

Rattlesnakes are indigenous to the peninsula; however, they rarely venture into common areas. Please use caution if venturing into the brush.

Stingrays can sometimes be found at the beach. Please use caution and shuffle your feet in shallow water.
